Pelvic floor therapy for women's pelvic pain combines manual techniques, exercises, and education to relieve discomfort, restore function, and improve quality of life.

Pelvic floor therapy for men's pelvic pain combines targeted exercises, manual therapy, and education to relieve discomfort, improve function, and enhance quality of life.

A pelvic therapy evaluation starts with a detailed discussion about your health and any concerns you have. Your therapist will assess how your nerves and muscles are working, your posture and how well you control your movements. It's important to examine the areas around your pelvic floor, including your hips and lower back, to make sure everything is functioning well.

 

Our approach is comprehensive, focusing on your whole body and your specific goals to help you return to the activities you love!
